2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on z99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had an account on z99 that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a z99 employee.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and valid contact details. z99 may at any point request supporting documentation to verify your identity. This is a standard verification process and is not a reflection of any suspicion. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of deposit or withdrawal functions until documentation is received and reviewed.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether discovered immediately or at a later date — will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the primary account may be reviewed for continued eligibility.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. z99 will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or live chat. If you receive any such request from someone claiming to represent z99, do not comply and report it to support immediately.

Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by someone using your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the z99 support team immediately via live chat so that appropriate steps can be taken to secure the account.

You must ensure that your account details, including email address and contact number, remain accurate and up to date. Outdated information can cause delays in withdrawals and verification processes. Update your details through the account settings section of the platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on z99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your z99 wallet promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the method used, but most mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash and Easypaisa) reflect within seconds.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal requests go through a verification check before processing. For players who have not yet completed identity verification, withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of that process. z99 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, though actual receipt may depend on your payment provider.

z99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for checking with their payment provider regarding any applicable fees.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Rewards

z99 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where bonus terms and these general Terms conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that promotion.

Bonuses carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit) must be staked before a withdrawal can be processed from that balance. The applicable wagering requirement is always stated on the promotion page before you opt in.

z99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a bonus has already been credited to your account before any change, the terms under which it was granted will generally be honoured. Attempting to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion, or other dishonest means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, along with potential account suspension.

The VIP Programme operates on a five-tier system — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Points are earned through betting activity across Casino, Slots, Sports, and Bingo. Tier benefits and the rates at which points are earned are detailed on the VIP page. VIP tier benefits are specific to the tier you hold at any given time and do not carry over retroactively.

6. Sports Betting Rules

z99 Sports covers a wide range of markets, with a particular focus on Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series), Football, and Esports. The availability of markets and odds is at z99's discretion and may vary based on event scheduling, data feed availability, and other operational factors.

When you place a bet, the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Odds can change before you confirm, particularly for live in-play markets. It is your responsibility to review the final odds and stake before confirming a bet.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted are binding. Changes to your mind after confirmation cannot be accommodated. In the event of an obvious system or pricing error that results in an incorrect price being offered, z99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet.

Markets may be suspended or voided in cases of match abandonment, force majeure events, or where the integrity of an event is under investigation. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's wallet. z99 follows standard industry practice in determining settlement outcomes, and decisions on void markets are final.

Accumulator bets follow standard rules — if one leg is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed before bet placement.

7. Casino and Slots Games

All casino table games, live dealer games, and slots available on z99 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or are streamed from professional live studio environments. Game results are determined independently of z99, and the platform has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

Each game carries its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP information is available within the game information panel for most games. RTP is a statistical measure across a very large number of rounds and is not a guarantee of any individual session result.

Live casino game rules — including side bet rules, payout structures, and dealer procedures — are governed by the rules displayed within the live game interface. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z99 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating an account linked to you.

• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known error will be voided.
• Collusion with other players in any game or market.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no intention to wager.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks) without first contacting z99 support.
• Using z99 for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party.

z99 employs monitoring tools to detect irregular patterns of play, suspicious betting activity, and account behaviour inconsistent with normal recreational use. Where such patterns are identified, z99 may place a temporary hold on an account pending investigation. Players are encouraged to cooperate with any review process.

9. Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z99's liability to any player shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player and not yet wagered at the time the claim arises. z99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform.

13. Disputes and Complaints

z99's decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus terms are final once the internal review process is complete.

14. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your z99 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal way. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

z99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, where fraudulent activity is detected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

15. Governing Terms

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and z99 regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior discussions or agreements on the same subject. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

z99 operates this platform as a privately run entertainment service. These Terms do not constitute a claim of any government licence, regulatory approval, or official authorisation. Players are individually responsible for understanding and complying with any laws that may apply to them personally in their location.
